Tonight in Amman, Jordan, Palestine’s national football team plays Oman in their biggest match in history (or soccer, depending where you’re from). If they win and advance, it will mark the first time in history that Palestine reaches the fourth round of World Cup qualifiers—bringing them one step from the 2026 tournament.

In Gaza, both Yarmouk and Palestine stadiums have been destroyed, some facilities have been turned into shelters.
